Job Description
This role will plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products or services. It will drive development and execution of the strategies by maximizing and optimizing brand performance within key customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and Implement end-to-end Marketing, Communication & Branding Strategy
- Manage marketing activities like events, local partnerships, corporate alliances and sponsorship opportunities
- Generate a steady flow of leads along with team according to requirement
- Manage cost, utilisation and efficiency of leads
- Understand the business needs to plan and execute scalable marketing activities
- Work closely across functions like sales, product and finance to drive the marketing objectives of the company.
- Lead Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and Lead Generation
- Negotiate with partners, vendors and other external agencies to drive the marketing ROI
- Analyze and report the impact of various marketing activities and feed those data insights into subsequent campaigns to improve ROI
- Work closely with all the digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Social Advertising,
- Mobile, Video, Inbound calling, Email, Webinars, Mobile calling campaigns and partnering with other critical marketing groups
- Continually measure marketing allocation and course-correct as conditions warrant
- Focus on building demand generation strategies, brand perception and new marketing techniques
- Effectively utilize competitive analysis and market research to assess plans and provide solutions that foster growth and increase productivity.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in marketing in building awareness, driving demand and increasing brand engagement, while contributing to business growth
- Should have branding exposure in B2C companies
- Should have experience across companies that sell APIs & interact with developer communities.
- Experience in developing or overseeing interactive marketing plans and understanding of customer acquisition channels.
- Experience with E-Mail, Display Advertising, Affiliate, SEO/SEM, Social Media, and Mobile
- Experienced of building a brand from the beginning and have a passion for transformation.
- Well versed in driving measurable success through data-driven, integrated marketing strategies.
- Should have demonstrated capability of managing marketing in an environment where the goal post is constantly moving due to new products and trends emerging
- Should have demonstrated ability of being able to rally the team along in uncertain environment
- B.E./B.Tech or deep understanding of technology is mandatory
- Ability to work in a cross cultural environment
