Meticulous eye for typography, color and layout and an understanding of accessibility standards.
Demonstrable graphic design/multimedia skills with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premier Pro for infographics and video development from design ideas or storyboards.
Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Techsmith Camtasia for the development, correction and update of content from storyboards or change logs.
Knowledge of best practices in learning design and development.
Good understanding of 2D animation concepts and a working knowledge of rapid 2D animation tools like Vyond.
Good understanding of SCORM and other learning technology standards.
Strong writing and communication skills and proven attention to detail.
Experience of working in a global environment.

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with other technical, media or content team members to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications
Degree preferably in graphic design, digital design or similar disciplines.
