Job Description
We are looking for passionate and smart Product Management professionals to join the Swiggy Labs team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible to drive innovation in Product Management for the labs team of Swiggy, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Responsibilities Of a Creator
- What & Why of PODS : Develops a roadmap/project plan based on market / consumer understanding & actively iterates based on feedback , to set-up the respective MVP /PoC up for success
- Influences, Networks and collaborates with other creators, counsellors to zero-in on focus areas for the respective POD, enable resources for smooth and efficient functioning of the POD
- Sets the POD up for success by hiring the right people & nurturing them
- Owns scope, financial estimates, milestones & timelines, sets expectations & actively program manages all the different functional domains of the POD viz. business, analytics, tech, product, specialist domains by actively collaborating with the catalysts & crafters in the team (a creator will be identified by the specialisation that he / she brings to the tabe e.g., we will identify folks with speciality in Engg as Tech Creator, Product as Product Creator, Business as Business Creator, Research as Research Creator etc.,)
- Provides real time actionable feedback to all the POD members to enable quick iteration
- Plays an active role in unblocking all the respective POD members, helping them with guidance & support wherever required (to get the how right)
- Champion the Swiggy Labs culture by role-modeling the success traits
- Establishes norms & champions a seamless ways of working within the POD
- Owns the success of the respective PODs
- Takes informed and unbiased decisions about scope, future of the POD (What , Why, Hows of PODS). Puts Swiggy Labs above POD.
