About the Role :
We are looking for a product manager for an affluent co-brand credit card who will be responsible for partner relationship management, P&L of the portfolio, and creation of customer value by developing value proposition and driving acquisition and usage campaigns on the portfolio. The role will require liasing with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) for building partnerships and managing support vendors providing feature solutions to the affluent cards business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs in the affluent space, especially in the travel segment, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
- Product portfolio management activities including portfolio review, driving activation, activity & spends on the portfolio along with risk management.
- Competitive benchmarking of the best in-class products/ programs globally.
- Partner Management by driving engagement with the co-brand partner to create value for customer, generate new opportunities for acquisition and manage commercial arrangement with the partner.
- Conceptualizing & executing tactical promotions and offers to build engagement and drive acquisition and usage on the portfolio.
- Engaging with Technology and Operations teams to enhance the product process performance.
- Working closely with customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Sales enablement by communicating product value and supporting channels with training and collaterals.
- Ensuring timely MIS & Reports, and collateral and online content management for the product.
Qualifications:

- Post Graduate degree (Required)
- Experience in credit cards or loyalty programs
