Job Description
- Post job ads to different hiring portals and the company careers website.
- Send language assessments to candidates and track their application status in the Applicant Tracking System
- Effectively manage, prioritize and meet recruitment delivery targets for assigned positions.
- Inform shortlisted candidates of their interview schedules via email communication.
- Coordinate with the candidate and the hiring panel to ensure that interviews start on time.
- Maintain a record of interviews conducted and feedback received.
- Provide support to the recruitment manager for any recruitment related activities.
- Assist with identifying any gaps or issues affecting the recruitment process and the overall TAT of any position.
- Provide support for continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends.
Experience And Execution Essentials
- Have 1 - 8 years of hands on experience in:
- Recruitment coordination and sourcing profiles from different job portals.
- Experience in sustained large scale recruitment using Naukri.com.
- Demonstrated success with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong listening skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Problem solving abilities relevant to this role.
- Should be a Team player with passion - who understands and respects personal & cultural differences
- Strong organisational and time management skills - know what you need to do, and DO IT!
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- A people’s person; Passionate about building strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
- Committed to meeting deadlines along with quality of delivery; strong attention to detail.
- Strong English and Hindi language communication.
- Should be keen to develop their own skills and extend their own level of influence.
Experience And Execution Nice To Haves
- Experience over the growth phase of startups/SMEs.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Recruit.
- This is a remote position.
