To do that you will need to effectively create a link between the global frameworks, approach and materials, provided by the core programme team and the specific needs and context on the ground.
You will identify and assess local change impact in order to devise regional change, training and communication plans and interventions. Furthermore, you will have a key role in the hands-on delivery of these plans, by creating local content, through facilitating training events yourself or through mobilizing and training a network of local facilitators. On daily basis you will work closely with HR specialists across different HR processes, with members of the core programme team and with the Regional Implementation Manager.
You will have a unique opportunity to stretch your capabilities by learning from, sparring with and building lasting relationships with diverse and professional colleagues all over the world.
While initially this role is fully dedicated to supporting the implementation of the new HR service delivery model technology and organisation, once we go-live there will be opportunities to transition into a role within the Learning & Development regional delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the change impact of the transition to a new HR operating model, new processes and new technology across the countries in the region
• Create and manage a change and training calendar following the timeline and in coordination with the central program plan
• Manage & deliver training activities in new processes, systems and ways of working for HR and end-users in the region
• Identify and train a network of facilitators in the region who will deliver training locally
• Adapt training and communication materials to suit local context, as relevant, incl. language needs
• Co-create engaging training content and communication materials in a variety of formats and identify and use the right channels to reach the targeted audiences
• Ensure great employee experience is the focus of all training and change management activities
• Connect with local HR colleagues to organize training and change adoption events in local settings by various means e.g. kiosks, drop-inns, town-halls, training sessions, virtual events, etc.
• Manage the administration and logistics of the regional training programme
The role is based in the People Partnering Hub in Bangalore, India.
