Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Provides onsite training support to customers launching the Red Cross Resuscitation Suite product
- Collaborates with sales, project management, onboarding/implementations, and customer success management staff to ensure seamless interactions with Red Cross Resuscitation Suite customers
- Communicates with the HeathStream Resuscitation Team regarding customer progress and any product feedback
- Documents customer engagement activities to ensure service continuity across all departments
- Maintains Red Cross Instructor Credentials
- Maintains ongoing knowledge of Red Cross Resuscitation Suite products, and meets HSTM standards for customer training requirements
- Submits invoices and expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with HSTM policies
Job Specifications
1. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience providing education/training in a clinical setting
- Clinical experience preferred: paramedic, EMT, nurse
- Knowledge of the HealthStream system and administrator functions is a plus
- Current resuscitation trainer credentials are a plus
2. SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft applications PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficiency in use of iPad
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Technical acumen to support development of an in-depth understanding of the Red Cross Resuscitation Suite products
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills
3. ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Proactively and creatively analyze unique customer attributes, parameters, and challenges to deliver training solutions that align with desired goals
- Function independently and use critical thinking to analyze and help resolve customer challenges with product
- Collaborate with HSTM Resuscitation Team to coordinate customer training events
- Adapt to changes in strategy or approach as needed in a fast paced, innovative environment
- Results oriented, with a customer-centric mindset
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and courtesy while representing HSTM to our customers
- Travel to customer location, staying overnight as needed to meet customer and internal company needs
