The Sales Account Manager is responsible for all Sales led business activities for any existing and new customers of SME in the Middle East and Africa region (MEA).
The SAM will drive the Sales supported by the Presales and Service teams on any new and existing products of SME, including but not limited to RightFax, Citrix, EasiSMS, VMWare, Chatbot, and MS Azure. He/she will also work with partners and leverage the power of corporate resources within the account base. In addition he/she will provide monthly forecasts and account activity analysis using MS CRM tool.
He/she should have the ability to establish strong business relationships at all levels, advanced solution selling capabilities, conducting sales presentations, coordinating multiple resources within an account, while consistently and successfully closing business for SME.
The successful candidate will be extremely results oriented, possess a strong business acumen,
combined with a proven ability to build a strong business pipeline, accurately forecast and close
business with strong interpersonal and presentational skills. He/she should be able to actively engage with prospective new customers via phone and web conference to introduce new solutions and services.
