One impression is the first of its kind influencer marketing start-up headquartered in Gurugram with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. We are hunting down the best talent to match our rapid growth. As a trainee, you will be responsible for helping your managers in assisting them with LinkedIn Sales, Business Development, reaching out to new clients, lead nurturing, etc.
We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee, he/she will ensure we leverage our influencer network to deliver our best-performing campaigns to clients based on their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality, conversions
- Reaching out to CXO’s, Marketing Managers, Marketing Executives, etc. who have the decision making ability in their respective organisation to Pitch Influencer Marketing and One Impression.
- Setting up video calls, & calendar invites to prospective clients
- Lead Generation via CRM, LinkedIn, etc.- Identify Prospects, right contacts, decision-makers for
- products of your team
- Database management, Log Calls and Data in CRM, Excel sheets, etc
- Follow Marketing news and stay updated
- Following with the prospective clients, from time to time and setting up meetings with sales
- team
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI’s
- Developing and progressing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to reliably hit target goals
- Identifies and manages lead resources
- Extensively work on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified leads
- Research customer segments, clients, and strategies to increase the pool of qualified leads
- Qualifying and nurturing leads through the early stages of the conversion pipeline
- Utilize various tools and channels to generate opportunities - Cold Email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
- Maintain a database of the outreaches done via LinkedIn
- Send reports from time to time as required by the Manager as per the set format by the
- company
- Aim and achieve high volume targets of lead generation in a short span of time as mutually
- discussed with your Manager
Desired Qualifications and Key Skills:
- 0-1 years of lead gen experience in any relevant industry
- Must have proven experience using tools for email marketing (Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
- Good communication and writing skills (Excellent English speaking & writing is a must)
- Must have good experience using MS Excel
