SDRs are focussed on the front end of the sales cycle. The Pre Sales team is responsible for initiating the inFeedo brand and creating demand that generates revenue for the company. Responsibilities
- Networking:Initiating Dialogues with C-Level HR Leaders in Enterprises & build key contacts from the Targeted Accounts/Region.
- Prospecting: From a list of accounts (in your region) and figuring out the best way to target, prospect, and engage decision-makers.
- Qualification:You will need to call and qualify all priority/non-priority MQLs and take them to a level of SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity).
- First Response Time:You shall provide swift & prompt response to queries from prospects. Keeping a rigorous follow up on active as well as non-responsive leads.
- Outbound:You shall create high-value SQOs through Outbound Campaigns to supplement the targeted sales pipeline.
- Marketing Alignment:You will work closely with the marketing team to continuously evolve the ICP.
Requirements
- Work Experience:0 -12 months working in the SaaS industry with a basic understanding of an SDR role.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset:Be a go-getter and thrive for success. Have the grit to handle rejections efficiently.
- Outbound: Knowledge of Account-Based Prospecting (Outbound) using LinkedIn, adept at creating crisp and powerful content
- Communication:Effective & Creative Communication & Presentation Skills especially with Senior Leaders in Large Enterprises
- Flexibility: The ability to work in a dynamic environment not restricted to shifts and Geo.
- Quick Learner:The ability to learn new tools on the go and open to constant learning like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoom info, and Inside Sales methods.
