Job Description
We are looking for an Senior Executive - Customer Service (Booking Desk) that will handle the following :
- Process the booking requests received from Front Offices in India.
- Booking must be issued only if valid rates are available
- All booking requests should be on e-ZIM(barring exceptions like IMO / Over dimension cargo
- Check the CUCC / routing / equipment prefix restriction prior booking issuance
- All discrepancies / missing information received from Front offices should be saved in excel file
- Ensure correct booking prefix is updated.
- Maintain the data of depot email ids / equipment availability at all times
- Ensure to update all mandatory information for reefer bookings.
- Run the Booking status report (“A” Status – not processed) every day and arrange cancellation
- Update IMO details for partner bookings to be planned on our vessels.
- Clear the business errors on a daily basis.
- Run the booking report once every week and liaise with respective front offices for cancellation.
- Productivity report should be updated in excel on a daily basis
