Roles and responsibilities include
- - Market analysis: Analyze market data such as demand, competition, profit margins etc, to identify potential segments to launch products
- - Product development: Identify specifications of our product, based on deep understanding of customer preferences
- - Product management:
- o Product features and specifications
- o Competitor analysis benchmarking
- o Demand planning and inventory management
- o Advertising spend optimization
- o Deals and promotions
- o Brand marketing content: Listing, imaging, videos
- o Pricing and profitability management
- o Customer feedback analysis
- o Product upgrade and improvement
- o Development of allied products and category management
Required Candidate profile
Candidate profile: An 'A' player, no less, with
- - MBA from Top Tier schools (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, MDI, SP Jain, FMS, NMIMS, IIFT, NITIE, XIM, IITs, JBIMS, TA Pai, Great Lakes, IFMR, LIBA)
- Exceptional engineers would be considered without MBA
- Academic performance: 10th - 90% if state board, 80% if CBSE or ICSE, 12th - 90% if state board, 80% if CBSE or ISC, Undergrad - 75% or 7+ CGPA, Post Grad - 75% or 7+ CGPA (Post grad not required)
- Experience: 1-7 years. Prior experience in this function not necessary
- Strong quantitative, analytical abilities, extreme comfort with data analysis/interpretation
- Outstanding communication skills
- - A 'Hustler', who can get things done, with little or no supervision
Driven and motivated. Quick learner. Emotional intelligence and maturity beyond years, to work across stake holders within and outside the organization
