Roles and Responsibilities
- Optimizing Search Engine Presence and activity , Using Social media for Lead Generation , Social Media Optimization.
- Evaluate website content performance using Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics Should know Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Should have expertise in Article Submission, Press Release Submissions, Directory Submissions, Social Bookmarking, Classified Submissions, Blog Posting, and Business Directory Submissions.
- Must have knowledge in Off and ON page optimization.
- Work on organic traffic by doing search engine optimization work
- Candidate need to work on ORM to improve the overall reputation of website
- Need to work on hyper-local marketing to strengthen the local traffic and reputation
- Analyse the content articles on website which are old and created by freelancers or other writers
- Work on educational websites to give an excellent boost to ranking, organic traffic, implementation of schema
- Work on website structure by collaborating with operations and technical team to fix information architecture and usability issues
- Analysing the most traffic generating keywords and implement them in websites
- Collaborate with content writing team to generate excellent content for different type of posts for all websites
- Generate new ideas of traffic generation with managers and do brainstorm to give boost in quick time
- Improve the site structure, on page, off page activities by adapting various other strategies
- Work on-site body content, meta description and page titles for better result
- Design page layout and content layout for better interface and user experience
- Build strategies and design templates for content management system and promote content at large scale
- Monitor effectiveness of SEO and marketing programs in terms of traffic
- Analyse and find out the reasons of poor ranking and develop improvement strategies
- Work on keyword research tools to track progress and performance
- Continuously prepare comprehensive strategies, reports, and forecasts
- Help managers to implement company SEO plans and create road map for accomplishments
- Regular watch on rankings and recommend improvement to site for stay time
- Audit site to identify gaps in technical SEO
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good command over english (Writing, Speaking)
- Should be flexible with different SEO tools for keyword research, competitor research.
- Experience in title and meta optimization.
- Excellent knowledge in on-page, off-page, meta description and title of website pages
- Strong analysis skills and process oriented.
- Experience in HTML, specially H tags placement, code optimization from spiders point of view.
- Should be aware of Google recent changes including Penguin
