Roles and Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Service Manager for our 24/7 Connected Services to join KONE Services and Solutions R&D in Pune, India.
Our intelligent 24/7 Connected Services offers for our customers improved safety, full transparency and peace of mind. The technological core of the services are IoT and cloud services together with advanced analytics and connected equipment. The service development is done in an agile and lean way in cross-functional end-to-end teams that are responsible for delivering solutions for certain customer value. For the 24/7 Connected Services program we are building new end-to-end team responsible for continuing development and expand newly launched offering focusing on providing valuable insights for our customers.
As service manager your goal is to manage the different support models in order to maximize KONE IT services value to business and key stakeholders in the KONE digital services.
The target is to enable KONE IT to run and deliver solutions, which are sustainable, scalable and which are based on secure platforms and follow best practices and architecture guidelines. The Service manager has a key role to coordinate the support organizations but also is an unique opportunity for an experienced Manager to take on a high impact role with excellent visibility into global business development of KONE.
