Job Purpose
As a member of the HR Solutions team, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of core operational HR services such as benefits, payroll, HR compliance, data analysis, time & attendance, leave management, audits, worker’s compensation and employee health & safety etc and ensuring HR Operational Compliance within India.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for Development, implement & execute HR Ops strategies, policies, programs, and processes.
- Responsible for smooth Onboarding Program for all the new joiners
- Conducting focus groups
- Exit Management
- You will responsible for monthly Payroll and HR Compliance
- Tracking the compliance training closures in the organisation
- You will be Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes
- You will ensure service delivery is aligned with laws, regulations, and Corporate Cardinal Health policies and Framework. Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements within Country, this may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies.
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly HR-MIS reports
- Organize and maintain personnel records of all employees in system
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Providing payroll information by collecting time and attendance records and data entry
- Updating the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) as per the input collected from different stakeholders regarding attendance
- Monitoring HRMS reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data.
Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
- 4 + years of experience in operations and/or any core human resources
- Previous experience in HR operations-related market service areas such as benefits, payroll, time & attendance, leave management, worker’s compensation and employee health & safety and/or other meaningful HR experience
- Experience in HR Compliance
- Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivity
- Demonstrable experience positively influencing and collaborating with business and HR leaders
- Shown strong eye for business. Knowledge of multiple businesses, functions, and processes as well as demonstrable knowledge of business and functional issues, and proven track record to positively impact business results.
- Strong leadership, partner management and communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a local market team
- Confirmed understanding of evolving HR landscape and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts
- Capability to innovate and integrate HR practice around critical business issues, and align people, process and structure to support these innovations
- Competence in connecting people to each other and the business strategy, demonstrating technology and processes where appropriate.
- Strong Communication skills
