Job Description
Design and develop training solutions by collaborating with various stakeholders. Internal and external stakeholders from various LoBs will consult to seek solutions to their various business problems.
- Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify training needs
- Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training
- Designs, develops & delivers various training projects and instructional programs, using instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.
- Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to training programs.
- Researches and studies advancements in learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, and instructional design methods; evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures.
