JD for EC Admin
- The HR Systems Administrator will be expected to provide excellent customer support for our client's SuccessFactors systems including Employee Central, as well as to perform routine maintenance and project support for systems.
- Will work closely with teams such as IT, Finance, Payroll and various business groups to build and monitor data interfaces and provide employee data reports.
- Assists in the support of systems training to HR users through training team initiatives. Supports the additional coaching and support required by upgrades and adoption of new functionality, or new users.
- Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, and Statistics, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of HR system administration in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with system basic configuration, user administration and table maintenance including Security, Reporting, data loads, form routing, end-user troubleshooting, Testing, Quarterly Release support is required.
- Experience in Data Replication from EC to SAP ECC with BIB model.
- Experience in SAP HCM.
- Experience with various transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central like New Hire, Data Change, Take action, Workflow Monitor, Workflow routing, Employee & Foundation data import-export, Simple report building, Role-Based Permission/ Employee access analysis, Troubleshooting with employee data, Identification of incorrect employee/org data, Employee Central & People Profile Sync, Understanding of different Employee Central Portlets (Personal Information, Job Information, Compensation Information, Onetime & Recurring Payments, Contact information,etc.)
- Integration knowledge between Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation. Also Data replication understanding to SAP ECC & third party systems including payroll from SuccessFactors Employee Central.
