Job Description
Talent Acquisition (70% of the role):
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information,including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Generalist Activities (30% of the role):
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
- Develop and maintain talent management processes.
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify future staffing needs.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

The incumbent will be involved in human resource management, mainly in to talent acquisition and HR generalist roles in the organization.
