Responsibilities Leading the recruitment practice by sphere heading the total talent requirement of the organization Leading the recruitment team and driving self and teams targets and keeping the stakeholders abreast about updates and challenges Providing periodic updates on various open positions and discussing challenges and seeking resolutions to get the obstacles out of the way Interact with stakeholders/ hiring managers to understand the exact job requirements Prepare job descriptions based on the needs Use appropriate sourcing strategies to ensure timely closures Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle from fixing up interviews to negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, interviews & On-Boarding etc. Conduct background verification checks before raising offers Also learning and growing the recruitment practice by keeping yourself and team updated with the latest Required Skill Sets Proven experience in hiring for technical resources as well as Sales/ BD professionals Sound understanding of the latest technologies Should have excellent networking skills with the creativity to tap A player Excellent written & oral communication skills Attention to detail is a must Should be aggressive, dynamic and result oriented Total Experience 6 to 8 years Qualification MBA - HR (Full time course from a reputed institute)
