Our People & Culture team has an exciting opportunity for a Noida based Talent Acquisition Lead Consultant to make an impact across the Asia Pacific region.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will take ownership of leading, planning, developing and implementing a productive Talent Acquisition strategy for India. You will lead the team and also be responsible for attracting, recruiting and hiring and talented candidates.
The position requires building strong internal relationships with the leadership team in the India region as well as the central HR team management. This role will also require management development of the TA consultants in India.

· 7 - 10 years hands on, end-to-end technical recruitment
· 3 - 5 years internal recruitment
· Strong history of filling roles with high quality candidates, quickly
· Ability to pivot, handle many roles across multiple regions
· Proven ability to influence and lead senior stakeholders
· LinkedIn Recruiter Mastery - teaching other TA members the same
· Excellent experience with innovative recruitment campaigns
· Employment Branding and EVP strategies
· Proven interpersonal skills and influencing skills
· Exceptional candidate networking skills
· Previous experience with ServiceNow is a huge advantage
What Certifications We Require:
· MBA in HR or Psychology
