Position: Manager-Talent Acquisition
Experience:10-15 Years
Location: Chennai (Ambit IT Park)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Delivery Directors / Project Managers to evaluate, understand & deliver on their need for talent
- With deep interview techniques, capable of working independently & taking decisions, capable of closing offers for Niche & Critical hiring;
- Mature professional with the right attitude for welcoming talent, a lot of initiative, capable of innovating wrt talent management etc
- Ensuring closure within the stipulated hiring timelines without compromising on hiring quality as per agreed SLA's
- Develop and update job descriptions in consultation with the Hiring Managers
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating for interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, offer closure, etc.
- Effectively negotiate compensation to arrive at proper fitment within the standard grid of the organization
- Responsible for all junior, senior and management level hiring through direct sourcing channels
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in Technical Recruitment(10+ Years)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
