Poly is seeking for a fixed-term contract TA Partner. We are looking for a strong, talented TA Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This person will be a full-cycle recruiter with responsibility for the entire recruiting process including hiring manager communication, candidate sourcing and development, interview and feedback tracking, compliance and process, and offer negotiation.
This TA Partner will be responsible for handling requisitions for a variety of functions to include Engineering, IT, Services, Product Management, Operations, Finance and/or Marketing. Requisitions will be for roles at multiple levels from Individual contributors to Managers in India and across APAC. Req assignments vary according to needs at the time.
This TA Partner will possess the following:
• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, with at least 2 years as an in-house or corporate recruiter
• Experience recruiting for G&A, Sales and Services business
• Strong sourcing skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Track record of successful relationship building with Talent Acquisition team members, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and leaders
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure, deadlines and changing priorities
• Ability and willingness to follow established Talent Acquisition processes
