The Global Talent Acquisition organization at PayPal is a fast-paced, highly motivated team of professionals focused on bringing in the Top level of talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a best in class candidate experience. We are looking to hire a Talent-Acquisition Recruiter, who has a passion for technology hiring product, design, Data and IT experts to join tech talent team to cover India market. This is an opportunity to leverage your knowledge & expertise to develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which promote direct methods to recruit exceptional candidates for PayPal.

Job Description:

• Engaging and partnering with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Create talent attraction strategies to meet business objectives
• Coaching and guiding hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes, market landscape and interview skills.
• Developing innovative recruitment strategies and managing end to end hiring activities, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
• Monitor and ensure 100% compliance of hiring process activities and resolve any discrepancies that may arise prior to completion of the hiring process
• Conduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
• Use various sourcing platforms LinkedIn, job boards, AI platforms and other select sourcing tools to further build a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates
• Assist in identifying, organize, attend and participate in sourcing channels, such as: community outreach events, job fairs, Meetups, conferences, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and social networking activities, on behalf of PayPal, in order to promote PayPal’s employer-brand
• Always promote diverse hires and candidates directly from our key competitors
• Conduct thorough pre-screen activities in line with PayPal and job requirements, presents a shortlist and recommendations of the most suitable candidates for consideration for assigned requisitions.
• Ensure all coordination activity is consistent and compliant with Global/Regional PayPal policies and all agreed activities are completed: ATS updates, job postings, compliance, interview scheduling, assessments, reporting and any other activities relating to the hiring process.
• Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in accordance with PayPal compensation and benefits guidelines.
• Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition related projects of varying complexity, importance and priority.
• Represent the Talent Acquisition team positively in relationships and communication with the Human Resource Business Partners, Employee Central, Centers of Expertise, business leaders and with other Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team members.
