Ideal Profile:
- 3+ years of TA experience
- Post Graduation in HR domain (Preferable)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
- Create and execute TA strategy to hire 500+ Sales Associates, Sales & BD Managers over the next 10 months
- Lead a team of work from home recruiters and build strong candidate pipeline for all positions/key roles
- Create campus relations and drive campus hiring strategy for the company
Induction
- Design and deploy employee induction process for new campus hires
- Owning up the company DNA and spreading it far and wide during the new campus hire induction
