Reltio is seeking a Reltio Academy Training and Enablement Manager who will have the core responsibility of increasing Reltio product competency across our internal employee base, partners and customers. The role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing training programs to support partner sales enablement, field implementation and operations.
This position will report into Reltio’s Center of Excellence and assist with the coordination, design and delivery of training programs, content, processes and tools. The person will work closely across business functions to coordinate with diverse subject matter experts in many departments including Support, Customer Success, Partner Success, Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management and Professional Services.
The key focus areas for Reltio Academy are:
- Partner sales enablement – Equipping major consulting and systems integration firms to incorporate Reltio into customer solutions and understand Reltio differentiation versus competing products.
- Training course transformation – Convert existing end-to-end training course into discrete functional modules that can be consumed by delivery professionals before/during customer implementations.
- Training delivery transformation – Design and build self-service delivery to incrementally replace existing instructor-led training requirements and create train the trainer programs to facilitate scalability.
- Knowledge/Content management – Lead the company to innovation and competitive advantage by creating, sharing, using and managing Reltio knowledge and information, leveraging organizational learning in alignment with customer and partner centers of practice.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead a team with a clear vision to transform Reltio Academy from a service with 500 customers to a dynamic and scalable platform that will create increased engagement and scale to 10,000 customers.
- Develop and deliver train the trainer sessions (classroom or virtual/remote) to support implementation and scalability of training programs
- Maintain and administer the LMS (Docebo) to fully utilize the product’s capabilities, and manage, track and document training efforts. Develop content sharing plans and processes for customers and partners to integrate Reltio Academy content and stay current.
- Rapidly expand the existing training course catalog beyond implementation and delivery skills, to include partner sales enablement (working in alignment with Reltio Sales Operations internal sales enablement) and ongoing Reltio data management operations.
- Mobilize and manage virtual teams to rapidly create new content, including new courses, documentation, videos and training environments on the Reltio platform.
- Manage on-site training events end-to-end, including researching, customizing, planning and executing fee-based training engagements for major customers, onsite training delivery for major partners, and training tracks at Reltio-hosted events and conferences.
- Monitor and report on training program results and effectiveness, understand the learning process including ROI, make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain company website training pages, course descriptions, enrollment forms and update content in WordPress.
- Apply adult learning principles and incorporate this into curriculum design and development.
- Periodic travel may be required.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- B.S. or B.A. or higher degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design or related field, or a combination of experience and education.
- 3+ years’ experience formulating and implementing training strategies and delivery of training throughout an organization using various delivery mediums.
- 3+ years experience administering and managing enterprise level LMS platforms such as Docebo, Litmos, Cornerstone, etc.
- Creating and managing asynchronous training programs and self-paced, self-service learning assets to scale and mapping role-based learning journeys.
- High-level knowledge of instructional system design and use of authoring tools
- Demonstrated experience delivering and facilitating training via one on one, ILT, vILT, and LMS support, leveraging training materials including courses, training videos, documentation and online reference materials.
- Proven track record of strong project management skills and budget management.
- Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels.
- Strong eye for design, making complex training concepts come alive in a consumable format.
- Ability to travel.
